Q1. what is the "lead time" ?
Sample: 1-5 working days
batch order: 10-15 working days for order less than 5000 pcs.
custom order: need confirm again.
Q2. what is the "payment terms" ?
Sample: we accept paypal and personal bank account transfer.
order less than 3000$: paypal; T/T (telegraphic transfer) ; western union or others confirmed; 100% payment in advance; so to avoid twice handling charges of both sides.
order more than 3000$: same ways as above; 30% deposit is required before production; the 70% balance needs to be paid before delivery.
Q3. what is the "shipping methods" ?
General; we delivery goods using internetional express; which is faster (5-10days); like DHL, EMS, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, Hon Kong Post Air Mail, Aramex.ect. we also could delivery by sea transportation, air transportation as U need.
Q4. what is the "warranty Period" ?
We give 2 years warranty for our products. Details like below:
1)Within the 3 months after you received our wireless calling systems, if any confirmed damage during shipping or missing part of the installation, replacements will be sent for free.
2)Over 3 months within 1 year, we would maintain or send free replacements, but you need to pay shipping cost.
3)Over 1 year within 2 years, you need to pay for both replacements and shipping cost, we responsible for the production and arrangement the shipment.
Q5:How to customize?
We can customize some of our products according to your requirement. put your logo on the types; we also could customize some products as your designs or find some suppliers for U (OEM/ODM). we need confirm more specifications when U really need; and leading time will be 1-3 weeks longer.
