Sample: 1-5 working days
Batch order: 10-15 working days for order less than 5000 pcs.
Q2. What is the "payment terms" ?
Sample: we accept paypal and personal bank account transfer.
Order less than 3000$: paypal; T/T (telegraphic transfer) ; Western Union or others;
100% payment in advance; so to avoid twice handling charges of both sides.
order more than 3000$: same ways as above; 30% deposit is required before production;
the 70% balance needs to be paid before delivery.

General; we delivery goods using internetional express; which is faster (5-10days);
like DHL, EMS, UPS, FEDEX, TNT, Hong Kong Post Air Mail, Aramex, ect.
We also could deliver by sea transportation, air transportation as you need.
Q4. What is the "warranty period" ?
We give 6 months warranty for our products. Details like below:
1)Within the 2 weeks after you received our wireless calling systems,
if any confirmed damage during shipping or missing part of the installation,
replacements will be sent for free.
2)Over 2 weeks within 2 months, we would maintain or send free replacements,
but you need to pay shipping cost.
3)Over 2 months within 6 months, you need to pay for both replacements and shipping cost,
we are responsible for the production and arrange the shipment.
